Dispatch and delivery

Orders ship from Foshan, Guangdong, China. Please allow 3 business days for order preparation before dispatch. Preparation time is separate from transit time.

Direct-mail shipping

Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing and local delivery conditions may cause delays.

Free direct-mail shipping is offered on merchandise subtotals of US$78 or more after discounts and before taxes, to supported destinations. For orders below US$78, shipping charges depend on the recipient’s region and our logistics partner’s rates.Free standard direct-mail shipping applies only to eligible non-remote destinations. Remote areas are currently excluded from automatic checkout shipping. Please contact support@mintracestore.com before ordering if your destination is unavailable or requires a quotation.

Express shipping

DHL, FedEx, UPS and SF International are customer-paid options where available and are excluded from the free direct-mail shipping offer. Only services and rates displayed at checkout are currently available. Carrier availability and real-time quotes depend on destination coverage.

Taxes and duties

Free shipping covers standard direct-mail shipping only. It does not include any applicable local taxes, import duties or customs charges. Such charges may be collected at checkout or by the relevant authorities or carrier, as applicable.

United States shipping

Standard shipping is US$8 for merchandise subtotals below US$78 after discounts, and free from US$78. Express shipping is US$15 and is excluded from free standard shipping.

Macau shipping — EMS

EMS shipping is available for eligible Macau addresses on orders with a merchandise subtotal of up to US$100 after discounts and before taxes.

• Below US$78: US$12 shipping.
• US$78–US$100 inclusive: free EMS shipping.

For orders above US$100, please contact support@mintracestore.com before ordering so we can confirm delivery availability and provide a shipping quotation. These orders do not automatically qualify for free shipping.
