This website, mintracestore.com, and the M·INTRACE online store are operated by M INTRACE LIMITED（楓彩行有限公司）, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

Our registered office is located at:

Our Hong Kong registered office is not a return address. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before sending any items.

2. These Terms

These Terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

3. Product Information and Sizing

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may appear different depending on your screen and lighting. Any intentional washed effects, distressed details or other design characteristics are described on the relevant product page.

Fabric weight, fit and measurements may differ between styles and colours. Please review the information and size chart for your selected colour before ordering. Chest width refers to the garment measured flat, not the circumference of your body.

Product images identified as design references or embroidery illustrations are provided to explain the design and are not photographs of the finished embroidery.

These explanations do not exclude your rights if a product is faulty, incorrectly labelled or materially different from its description.

4. Prices, Payment and Promotions

Please check the currency, product prices, discounts, shipping charges and any taxes shown at checkout before completing your order.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.

Any applicable import duties, local taxes or customs charges not collected at checkout are addressed in our Shipping Policy. Free shipping does not mean that these charges are included.

Promotions are subject to the eligibility conditions communicated with the offer. Please check that any expected discount has been applied before paying. If an advertised offer does not appear correctly, contact us for assistance.

Price changes do not retrospectively change the price of an accepted order.

5. Orders and Availability

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not, by itself, confirm dispatch or availability of every item.

If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, delivery is not supported or another issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you promptly. Where we cancel an order, we will refund any payment collected for the cancelled items and any associated shipping charges that should be refunded.

If we identify a material pricing or product-information error, we will explain the error and offer an appropriate resolution. We will not charge you a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Free standard direct-mail shipping applies only to eligible non-remote destinations. Remote areas are currently excluded from automatic checkout shipping. Please contact support@mintracestore.com before ordering if your destination is unavailable or requires a quotation.

Orders are dispatched from Foshan, Guangdong, China. Please allow 3 business days for order preparation before dispatch.

Estimated standard direct-mail transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Preparation time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates, and customs processing or local delivery conditions may cause delays.

Available destinations, shipping charges, free-shipping conditions and any restrictions are explained in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.

If no delivery option is available for your address, please contact us before ordering. Destinations requiring an individual shipping quotation do not automatically qualify for our standard free-shipping offer.

These provisions do not limit any remedies available under applicable law for non-delivery or delay.

7. Returns, Refunds and Order Issues

Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, regional cancellation rights, return arrangements and refunds.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact support@mintracestore.com within 14 days of delivery so we can assist promptly. This reporting window does not limit your statutory rights, including rights relating to defects discovered later.

We cover return shipping for confirmed quality issues or incorrect items. For eligible non-faulty returns, customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs only where permitted by applicable law and disclosed before purchase.

Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before shipping an item back. You do not need our approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

8. Use of Our Website

You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts, or upload harmful code.

If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Intellectual Property

The M·INTRACE branding, original artwork, photographs, text and other website content are owned by us or used with permission from the relevant rights holders.

You may access and use the website for personal shopping purposes. Commercial reproduction, distribution or use of protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where otherwise permitted by law.

10. Personal Information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed, together with the rights and choices available to you.

For privacy-related enquiries or requests, email support@mintracestore.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. Please do not include passwords or full payment-card details.

11. Responsibility and Consumer Rights

We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations under your purchase contract and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable when you place your order will govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
